CERTRAV LLC
Terms of Service
Last updated: July 17, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CERTRAV, CertRez, or any related CERTRAV product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Platform Purpose
CERTRAV is an integrated SaaS business platform for service and retail businesses. CertRez is currently available for booking, appointments, customer management, automation, and AI interaction. CertStore, CertPay, CertLogistics, CertCRM, and other products may be beta, pilot, waitlist, or coming soon.
3. Trial and Beta Terms
Each new account receives 14 days of free access for evaluation. Trial and beta features are provided as-is and may change, pause, or end with notice.
If no valid payment method is added by the end of the trial, the account may be paused and retained for 30 days for reactivation.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Taxes
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring monthly or annual basis according to plan, billing cycle, country, and supported currency.
Local currency display and checkout are available only where Stripe supports processing and where CERTRAV has configured the applicable Stripe Price. Stripe Checkout shows the final amount, currency, taxes, and payment method eligibility.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel through your dashboard or by contacting admin@certrav.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to the first paid subscription month only, excluding taxes except where required by law.
6. Payments Between Businesses and Customers
Off-platform payments are solely between the business and its customer. CERTRAV does not process, hold, verify, insure, refund, or dispute those transactions unless a CERTRAV integrated payment system is used.
When a business unlocks CERTRAV online customer payments through Stripe Connect, CERTRAV collects a $1.00 USD platform processing fee per online customer payment transaction, or the local-currency equivalent where displayed. Unless checkout or account settings state otherwise, this fee is deducted from the transaction proceeds payable to the business. Stripe, banks, card networks, and other processors may charge their own additional fees.
Businesses are responsible for disclosing any customer-facing charges, setting their own prices, handling customer refunds and disputes, and complying with tax, payment, and consumer protection laws.
7. AI, Social Channels, and Customer Messages
Premium Automation and Business features may include AI-assisted replies across booking pages, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Messenger, email, or future channels.
AI replies are assistance only. They do not complete, cancel, reschedule, charge, refund, or guarantee an appointment unless the business separately confirms it.
Do not send full card numbers, passwords, government IDs, sensitive health details, or confidential information through social messages.
8. Business Responsibilities
Businesses are responsible for their business information, services, pricing, availability, customer communication, payment collection, taxes, and compliance with applicable law.
9. Customer Bookings
CERTRAV provides booking tools and is not a party to transactions between businesses and customers. CERTRAV is not responsible for disputes, no-shows, service quality, or refunds between those parties.
10. Service Availability and Changes
CERTRAV may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service. Coming soon, waitlist, pilot, and beta features, including CertCRM and future CERTRAV products, are not guaranteed until officially launched.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CERTRAV LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months or $100, whichever is greater.
12. Contact
For questions about these Terms, billing, or cancellation, contact CERTRAV LLC at admin@certrav.com.
