1. Information We Collect

We collect account information, business profile data, customer booking data, selected language, country, billing currency, subscription and customer payment history, online transaction amounts, processing fee records, Stripe checkout identifiers, usage data, and social or AI interaction data from connected channels.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to operate the platform, process subscriptions and online customer payments, calculate and collect CERTRAV's $1.00 per-transaction platform processing fee, send transactional messages, generate AI-assisted replies, provide social-channel automation, show supported currency options, support users, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve CERTRAV.

As CertCRM and related products launch, customer activity may help businesses understand retention, loyalty, follow-up opportunities, and preferences inside their own account.

3. Third-Party Providers

We use Supabase for database and auth, Stripe for payments, OpenAI for AI assistance, Meta for WhatsApp/Instagram/Facebook/Messenger messaging, Resend for email, and Vercel for hosting. Providers may process the data needed to deliver those services.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not sell personal information or use advertising cookies in the current service.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

We disclose data to service providers, legal authorities where required, to protect the platform, to the business owner whose account received the booking or message, or with consent.

6. Retention and Deletion

Account data is retained while active. After cancellation, data may be retained for 30 days for reactivation and then scheduled for deletion unless legally required.

AI conversations and social messages may be retained with booking records for follow-up, dispute resolution, and service quality.

7. Privacy Rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing admin@certrav.com. California, EU, and UK residents may have additional rights under applicable law.

8. Security

We use TLS, database protections, access controls, and security reviews. No online service can guarantee complete security.

9. International Transfers

Data is processed in the United States and may be transferred there from other countries.

10. Children's Privacy

CERTRAV is not intended for users under 18 and does not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy and will notify users of material changes by email or in-app notice where appropriate.
